Ron has built an extensive career in commercial and industrial HVAC systems with experience spanning a wide range of high-profile facilities; he spent several decades at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center—home to three stadiums and multiple courts—where he ultimately served as Chief Engineer. While working the USTA by day, he dedicated over 25 years as an Operating Engineer at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, a renowned campus comprising multiple performance venues. Ron has also served as Senior Lead Operating Engineer at a major manufacturing and production facility in Charlotte, NC. Ron brings his deep expertise and a warm, friendly, yet thorough approach to RDR Facilities
